He sold those shares to exercise his 6,900,000 options that he currently holds which would mean he has an extra 355000 shares if he exercises those options like it says in the announcement for the reason to sell his ordinary shares.
Does the money from the options at 20 cents each go to the company to use in the projects? If yes that would mean 1.38 million dollars would be added to the company?
