Agree Ricky, I just added to my position. Dom isn't stupid he wouldn't be selling if there was significant bad news (as he would get done for insider trading - plus he only sold a small parcel to extinguish a personal liability.), this actually suggests things are proceeding as planned.

This recent sell off seems like a massive overreaction. The next 6 months should be great for CM8, we should see all the debt paid off and significant free cash flow generation. As the amortization from the Track acquisition rolls off this will be pumping out earnings. At 16.5 it feels like a great buying opportunity. Even if revenue were flat the earnings leverage on this thing will be huge over the next 6 months.
