Not sure what the context there means.
Anyone have a favourite line from the annual report? This one certainly instills confidence and it doesn't make me wonder at all what company is spending it's time doing i.e. planning and design works.

What the hell are they doing at HQ? They haven't completed Bacchus Marsh upgrades and according to this they're twiddling their thumbs waiting to develop the things that follow after signing. Are they just turning up to Punt Road and staring blankly into space? No prizes for forward planning.
