I actually think that 150k figure is only ios devices therefore it shows on on ios and not on android.
The insta ad that I posted earlier was also on an ios device. I think they had been targeting ios downloads so far ( not sure why).
The recent ads have now appeared on android particularly google search ads and playstore. This probably explains why the android ranking is starting to trend. If the rankings come anywhere closer to the app store rankings then this thing is going to be humongous.
I hope everyone understands why it is significantly difficult to engineer virality on playstore. Firstly there is hell lotta more apps because google is more relaxed on what they let through but more importantly there are so many different devices and OS variations which makes the app very difficult to resist bugs and inturn get a good rating etc.
So far it is looking promising.
