Ok this is how it will play out let’s say Jimmy sells
15k worth of shares at current prices .21c selling 71,428 shares so he can get the share offer.

Jimmy then BPays 15k for his shares at .18c for 83,333 shares and thinks he is home and hosed, sits down for a nice red wine and steak to celebrate.

Unfortunately for Jimmy he gets a letter in the mail with a check attached 3 weeks later saying,

Dear Jimmy,

Due to AGY being in production and a few months and how amazing the company is the Share offer has been well over subscribed and here is a check for $12,250 and thank you for your contribution!

So Jimmy has now got 13,888 shares at 18c
And a check for $12,500.
In the mean time Jimmy logs on to commsec and he can’t believe his eyes the share price is now 40c and it’s going to cost his a lot more to get his remaining shares, 31,250 shares at .40 $12,500 so all up he ands up with 45,138 shares, So Jimmy just kept his 83,333 shares he originally had he would be nearly double profit!

Moral of the story?
