I live in a country where people are not naive enough to think a company which owns nought is worth 10's of millions of $$$, you? Or for that matter pay some guy a sack full of cash to run that same company, you will know who I mean. I am sure if there is a conflict of interest it will be resolved that I have no doubt - it is not like they are hiding the directorship if that is in fact the role or using smoke and mirrors, so at least transparent if nothing else.
