The Central Tanami Project is part of an ongoing JV with Northern Star Resources (Tanami Gold NL 75%; Northern Star Resources 25%) in which Northern Star Resources can earn a 60% interest by bringing the project into commercial production by 2018.
The exact terms and conditions of the earn-in and the JV Agreement have previously been announced.

What happens if that date expires in 2018 which from my understanding is 3 years from the signing of the HOA agreement or 26th February 2018 though I believe wet weather in the Tanami has been an issue of which I have added 6 months bringing it about August 2018.. but we'll be hearing long before then I would imagine.. In fact we should be hearing from TAM themselves on the 3 year deadline date explaining to shareholders the delay reasons - and I believe the reason will be wet weather and issues around dealing with the CLC and other bodies..IMO
