Still contend that the 5.7odd milliion options converted a couple of 3Bs ago was arena. That would mean they could now convert their A options without 5% disclosure...we will do the maths if we get a 3B and see how many they convert...
Nonetheless very few of the transactions today are reducing the sell side tally...these are predominantly sales over the top, typical of the last few weeks.
