Interesting read, page-10

Well positive and negatives here.
Positives:
Its a gold mine.
Negatives:
They don't own the processing plant anymore.
They have no cash.
They have no solid mine plan (PFS, etc) and the numbers they are quoting to the market for ultra low cost don't add up.
No current reported JORC resource that would stand up to a solid review (I would say you could potentially knock off half the metal).
Have wasted over $200m historically with nothing to show.
Have no mining contractor.
They have more debt than they can ever pay off (hence prob lost the mill as was collateral on loan).

Probably more negatives that I can't think on but that should be enough to get you started.
