    Hi doctornoh

I agree, there's still a likelyhood of a CR, and I wouldn't be surprised if we see one. It just won't be needed for the day to day overheads imo.

If they do raise funds it will be most likely to increase our profit by that 25-40bps as mentioned in presention and by yourself. Or could be to expand big time into the US, or lots of other reasons. The funds would be used for value adding or company expansion, that's for sure.

In my post from the 17-10-17 - https://hotcopper.com.au/posts/27975378/single I mentioned the timeline that's been unfolding this last week. I've seen this scenario play out plenty of time before, and 9 times out of ten it ends up in a significant event being revealed to the market.

Here's the timeline unfolding to a tee:-
    • Early quarterly, out of character - Tick
    • Hint in the quarterly announcement that extra funds may be required. The numbers don't add up. - Tick - Has since been clarified to shareholders satisfaction.
    • Invester Presention - Tick
    • Another hint that payment of extra security would enable extra profits to flow isx way and benefit the company and shareholders - Tick
    • CR - Maybe ?? - Not as easy to call as lack of working capital.
    • Something of interest is unfolding.

A small raising of funds will have very little effect on shareholder dilution. The benefits of whatever's in the pipeline will far outweigh the inconvience.

So we wait. I do know one thing though, whatever happens it will be in the best interests of the company and it's shareholders. That's a given, the way these guys operate.

    Cheers
