Psalm 37:29 Means that eventually a better type of human will develop, a more just governance will develop, unity and global equity will one day be the norm and when it does it will be maintained. Humans will become a better kind of human and this vast improvement in our behaviour will endure forever. The righteous will eventually subdue the wicked, but this is still within the nature order of humans living and dying.
Surely you didn't think this meant you'd be reconstituted from the dirt one day and live as a physical being forever?
