It's likely both investor and pump dump traders. I think the initial boom on Monday was caused by investors who paid close attention to events like last Fridays singularitynet.io event (remember investors with deep pockets were likley to attend and maybe they caught wind of DCC too) and Australis very encouraging stance on fintech. The rise following investor intrest likley triggered alerts for day traders watching the stock breaking out of its down trend and money came pouring in. Like always overbuying was followed by overselling and now the stock is recovering to Mondays close. There is some serious FOMO out their with this stock, so pumpers easily find investors to fill their bids, and move the price up.
