If a new exploration company is setup, it obviously doesn't have any mines under it's belt does it ? It goes on the management's pedigree and performance, everyone knows this, you know this, BOC knows this, so they are just being very "tricky" with their wording trying to discredit RTG

Once again, everyone knows that comment is laughable. Which development company has the cash in bank pre-approval to develop the mine ... none. It comes down to their funding capacit
I check BOC's accounts and it looks like the only have around AU$24M in cash. That isn't going to be enough to develop a $Bn project, so again, what is your point ?
If we compare the companies funding ability, RTG have said this-
Their largest shareholders include Haines and B2Gold, you may have heard of them ?
BOC is publicly discrediting RTG, which says alot about the strength of their position
