The largest of those was Cannacord, who pumped it to 0.40 with a few video interviews then sold up in the mid 30s within days of their interviews. (See thread from 1 year ago).
It's low volume, and only one day so I wouldn't be panicking, few traders taking 10% weekly/monthly gains would be my first guess.
