I have couple of questions which you may be able to answer.
Judging from the discussion here I must have blinked and missed a couple of steps in the plot.

Are CTN share holders actually going to get to vote on this assignment to Naos of the right to manage CTN's funds?

If so, where is that announced, or is it only being assumed by posters here on HC that such share holder vote would be required under the IMA between CTN and CGA?

Is Naos actually managing CTN funds at this point?

Since I sold much of my holding in CTN, I have been following this saga more for entertainment value than anything else, and also in the forlorn hope that those who richly deserve it might eventually get their comeuppance.
