CORFO (government body) is imposing this 60% tax on Albemarle (ALB), because CORFO has ownership rights in the Atacama Salar where ALB operates out off (does not effect LPI).

CORFO has no rights what so ever on LPI's ventures in the Maricunga Salar. No additional taxation for this project. It puts LPI in the boxing seat in Chile.
