what is going on here

I had the opportunity to watch the trading on this stock all this afternoon and it seemed to me that the SP was being manipulated. Every time it got to $1.00 someone would come in with a Sell of 5000 shares for .995c as if they were trying to keet the stock under the $1.00. This happened on so many occasions that I'm convinced it was not just a coincidence.
Thankfully in the end it finished over the $1.00 but I feel if this party didn't keep on offering the small parcels at .995c all afternoon it would have finished a lot higher as there was no shortage of buyers. It will be interesting to see what happens over the next few days.
