couldnt agree with you more on this
They need to find a strategic partner, and get in boots and all, and make it WORK.
It should ideally combine all or most of the elements I noted - and the deal should also bring new management expertise.
If they can do that, then they may as well have a bash at finding Nirvana or Utopia - they all seem just as far off!
