no - he will take this to the eventual takeover. DL holds too much sway over ARV. Probably ADK gone first - whats he doing anyway
All the cobalt and plant refurb is rubbish - only thing useful about that plant is his licence which Sprott will get. it will get probably bulldozed and then restarted.
