thats right fan...the good thing about a consolidation is the company can then raise cash via share issues at higher prices IN THEORY..i say in theory coz like many once they consolidate often there is a shortfall as speculators and investors dont like to pay high prices for unproven companies...this in turn sends the stock lower and u end up in a worse mess when u started and the losers are the shareholders...not to mention adding more shares thru placements...and no sue please dont associate me with that i.d.i.o.t frankiegold..he has no idea about anything but ramping his own....
