    It's not sensitive. They stated they have right to close the SPP early in the annoucement previously. If people are trading out on the basis they can get in the SPP then that's their own fault.

    If information is public knowledge (i.e possible for the SPP to close early) then it isn't market sensitive as it is a known factor
