EMR options are 20c exercise price, the option is dependent on current SP for value so if EMR turns out to be a duster like you stated and the ordinary share goes back to 13c, the EMROs would be worthless!!! since noone in the right mind will pay 20c exercise price for a 13c share, so if EMR goes to 13c you can kiss your 100k EMRO (bought at 12c like you said) good bye, bye bye $12k.
