i cruncched some numbers

I crunched some numbers and (at today's share price) AZL's four quarterly dividends are returning 6.75% per annum - plus franking credits and deferred tax - but not allowing for share price gains.

At the price I bought into ALZ they're returning 8.6% - plus franking credits and deferred tax - but not allowing for share price gains.

So why sweat the small stuff - like the Sub-Prime sky is about to fall, interest rates are about to go though the roof, George Bush is about to nuke Iran and North Korea and melting polar icecaps and glaciers will soon put Kirribilli House under water - preferably with John Howard locked in the wine cellar!
