Development costs for a pipeline of stuff to come to the market is consuming cash ATM. I expect they will sell some property and resume buyback. For example, selling gasworks 1 building before or on completion will bring in abt $180m.

Interesting to see big buy-up of japara stock in last couple of days (at nta value and well above exising trading price at that time). With Aog trading so far below nta wouldn't be surprised to see a bit more buyer interest over the next few weeks.
