Not years. Months. I respect the charts in so far as they gauge sentiment, but they don't account for human capriciousness. Sentiment can change very rapidly. A few months ago (or was it weeks?) stocks like PLS were in the doldrums and then, bang, everything turned on a dime. What changed, except for the herd changing direction?

The critical question is whether there are any catalysts that can change sentiment. If so, and the price spikes upwards as buyers move in, chartists will pontificate about "break outs", etc, as though the fresh buying was driven by some outside mystical force. Blind freddy can see what the catalysts will be in this stock. Right here. Right now.

Sure, there is an opportunity cost to holding a stock like this when you can make make 30% in a day trading a stock on AVZ like some did today. No doubt this has caused many retailers to exit, which in turn becomes a self fulfilling prophesy of lower prices, more pain, and so on. If you can predict price movements and gyrations on a day to day basis, good luck to you. You'll be very rich in no time. For those that don't have a crystal ball, all you can do is look at the fundamentals. Is the product good? Is revenue growing? Are management up to the challenge?

One final point in relation to our product being copied. Apart from the safeguards which the company has in place, such as controlling the software form Israel, keep in mind that China is of course a member of the WTO. We are not selling some mass produced widget which has essentially fungible characteristics. This is a highly differentiated product. Legal sanctions can, and will apply, in cases of copying. China today is not the China of twenty years ago. As it extends its push for soft power across the globe, it has no choice to be seen as a responsible global citizen. This includes taking its obligations under the WTO seriously. Aside from that, she is not going to alienate foreign investors with high tech know how. This isn't just about Fluence. Its about technology transfer from Israel.

    Just my 2 cents worth.
