I know a guy who's small business turns over around 15-20mil per year and makes a profit from that but no way it's worth a whopping 120mil in MC.
$107mill actually now. No point comparing privately run businesses with publicly listed. Two totally different kettles of fish. In private business based on AJX current figures you'd be lucky to get offered a couple of mill. It's only in publicly listed companies that you tend to get much larger bids on the potential, mainly because I think, extra capital cash is so easy to tap into compared to privately run business.
