Collaboration doesn't mean a whole lot, it's a fancy way of saying "we're using their systems" judging by the announcement.
I'm gonna try and low-ball with a 1.9c entry, because if there's one thing I've learned is that very few people genuinely understand anything in the IT space and they just ride the hype wave when they hear big names like Oracle in an announcement.
