Interesting scenario,is it half empty or half full.Clearly when holders receive the notice some will sell.However the current buyers could be more informed ,perhaps clients of Shadforths.What is the company worth?They spent $70m developing LAD only to find no buyers for how it is presently marketed .No denying that the technology is worth someting.Say $5M.They purchased Eye Care for $10m ,spent $10m extra only to find competition.Again given the patents must have a value ,Say $5m.Current needle free is of value .UNI has a market cap of $40M .Say $5m for Nals product.Immunology has massive upside ,remember when it was first announced, "cure for cancer"statements by the press ,tv,the Vic Premier.Nothing has changed but again it takes time.Value of NIM,? the market says $5m.Soon to be no debt with 300m shares and a likely asset backing of 7c and upside from all of the above.But will the punters wait .No doubt the co will survive.That risk is gone in the short term.Look for announcements in the period up to Oct19,only logical.I will go along for the rideand take up my entitlement. .Good luck to all long term holders.
