s671B of Corps Act is quite specific:
"The information must be given even if the situation changes by the time the information is to be given."
I reckon there'll be multiple buyers and therefore we won't see any notices - given the apparent difficulties in raising large slabs of cash, can't see a single buyer stumping up 40 mill (could be wrong, but sounds unlikely).
