In light of the significant de risking of BRN since Announcements started to flow on 17th Oct; and renewed confidence with foreshadowed ramp up in revenues slated for 2018, I CAN'T BELIEVE bloody banks are so risk adverse. I know it would have been unsecured, but they would have been lending on the basis of the Company proceeding with completion of a major French Government project no less. What's more secured than that.
The banks should've been falling over themselves trying to get to Louis.
