The feedback I have got from local sources is there is a lot going on at the farm. Only problem is all appears to be to the benefit of the local lease holders entity.
Reading HC comments over the past month would appear that the BOD are busy developing plans and take-off agreements, however, that is not the impression I got when finally getting responses from the company. I recommend you call Alterra so that you can form your own opinion.
