I'm a little bit jealous of that Beijing Enterprise Water deal in Jiangsu. They would have made a great MABR distribution partner, as one of the primary water/wastewater companies working in China. I wonder what tech they will employ. I also wonder might Wuxi Guolian have been in the running for this Yixing PPP?
