Agreed, timing will be critical on this one, if off take can be obtained then it will fly. only concern is U stock level remains unfavourable, causing power producers non commitment attitude. Japan is also key.
U industry is under liquidation mode, supply is getting lesser and adjusting to demand.
BKY is also a good candidate, with project fully financed by Oman SWF.
