I get all that and I’m not knocking the deal or WP but what do you think they are using the 5 mill for?
WP says in the announcement the 5 mill loan will be fully drawn down so they intend to use it for something. You don’t use the higher interest rate product for running the company when the line of credit is a better interest rate.
The 5 mill line of credit is for everyday use for business cash flow if required.
