To provide further affirmation to you logic, I would like to go on the record as stating that:

1. If the SP gets to $3 or so, then a Cap raising is announced again, lets say at under 10 cents, then I would predict the SP will fall even more drastically.

or

2. If the SP gets to 30 cents or so, and a Cap raising is announced at $1, then I predict a dramatic rise in SP.

I am even prepared to bet my entire holdings in IGR that if while drilling Red Dale a meteor from a distant universe is happened upon, The good folk of Kalgoorlie will distinctly hear CC's voice loudly yelling the phrase "Wooh... now that really IS Cosmic, dude!"
