    Wrong ! Negative WC is not a trigger point for insolvency. The trigger point is not being able to meet your debts as and when they fall due. The Pybar claim is not legally due. Other creditors can be paid out of operating cash flow now that AISC has come down.

    Suggest you read up on insolvency law.
