Agree re WoWo's topography (infrastructure concerns). Have flown (in years past) into Safia and Wanigela - very rugged country. Not to mention PNG's land title problems. I do like RMI though and have owned before (for argyle and Wyndham) but unfortunately missed out on getting back in again yesterday. Good luck to all holders - and would be holders.

With a basing pattern that spans four years and (restructured) all-time highs above $18, RMI, trading at only 6c, has big mover potential.

Analysis

RMI hit lows of 2c in 2003 after topping seven years prior. The downtrend started to lose stream in 2001 when the price started to fall below a dollar for the first time. After the 2c mark was reached for the first time it took just four months for this stock to hit a high of 12c: that's a six-fold move. The price fell back to 4c before a new rally took the price to 17c in March 2005. From this high the price of RMI retreated, making lows in 2006 at 2.6c and retesting this level at 3c in March this year.

Outlook

RMI made a run for it in July, reaching 16c before befalling the general market sell-off in August to reach lows of 4.1c. That low was made on a spike and implies it is unlikely to be revisited. The best possible news in the short term would be a close above 7c followed by a new wave with a higher high and higher lower confirmed if RMI can close above 8.5c. The one event that would confirm big mover status for RMI would be a close above the 2005 highs of 17c. That would complete and multi-year basing pattern and imply RMI has the potential to move multiples in price. A close below 4.1c and the lows are likely to be retested.
