Regarding this in the announcement: "The Additional 10% Placement under Listing Rule 7.1A is in addition to the ability of the Company to issue 15% of its issued capital without Shareholder approval over a 12 month period pursuant to Listing Rule 7.1"
Does this make it possible to have already issued one ore maybe more people with a stake? say for example RF & a couple of Chinese Ali manufacturers wanted in and they gave them each 5% or just under what is needed to make a change of shareholders statement?
