''I gave you more than enough and as for the interpretation - Greeks know the meaning of their words and from their word for THIS, these things, can not fit.
Then You tried to align, some standing here "with" the fig tree and they ARE NOT the same event, the rest or your foul ups, to avoid any more embarrassment for you, it"s best to leave alone, Bye!!!''
Your claims are false. You did not show how the Greek text changes the meaning from what it says to what it doesn't say.....it does not say, imply or even suggest future generations, thousand of year, but c;early states ''this generation shall not pass'' before the return of Jesus in power.
You did nothing to justify your claim, and your fig tree parable objection is a complete washout, a failure, something you cling to but cannot justify.
Here is why.
Immediately after the fig tree parable - which relate to the signs preceding the return in power there is the promise which relates to the signs and the promised return
Here it is again; Truly I say to you, this generation will not pass away until all these things take place…“ (Mark 13:26-30)
I repeat, this relates to the parable of the fig tree which relates to the signs to look for in anticipation of the return in power, which is described to happen in the generation of the time, not thousands of years in the future.
The first Christians expected that.
It is in Paul's letters and in the other Gospels.
You have no case to argue.
