Well if it is he'll be happy as he's a holder.
He isn't wrong in the sense at the moment we're all dot joining and speculating.
All this Telstra hype could actually HURT holders if it doesn't come true imho... I hope it is true though i'll pay my premium and be happy for those who held through tough times!!
