The three accounts that ref to "some standing here" is in relation to the subject in the preceding verses which I gave you, now this power subject in this account, IS not the same subject/events or period of the ones preceding the Fig tree. Totally different as this one, there is judgement etc where as the other, only those of God receive gifts etc accordingly to where they sit with God.
Now the Acts quote I gave, the Holy Spirit (IMO, based on Bible) is God's Spirit (they being One) = God and we know he has power etc and Jesus through his Fathers Spirit, comes as well.
Now if you pop over to John 14, you will see, prior to the comforter, Jesus makes a statement, greater things than He did, they will be able to do, hence the power and kingdom come, but not yet on earth as in heaven.
Failing you seeing that, I have no more answers for you other than numerous verses which support this.
