    This is not good news.

    Why would they be spending money on clearing out a hedge book when they don't have enough money for short term capital? The answer is simple, they aren't confident of getting the tonnages to honour their contracts.

    Otherwise they wouldn't be spending much needed money on it. Looks bad.
