I receive the intermediate Dines report. In the 16 Aug. edition he just makes a general remark that September is statistically a good month for gold stock.
The latest newsletter (21 Sep) makes a general recommendation to keep buying precious metals as a hedge against market and economic uncertainty. So he put a strong recommendation for his List 3 recs, which are gold, platinum, silver blue-chip stocks. To Australians only Newcrest would be of interest (unless you have an international portfolio), all the others are large U.S. and Canadian miners; many of them probably multi-listed, but I have never investigated them, instead I am trying to find equivalents on the ASX.

He has been recommending HOLD or BUY for all Uranium stocks on his list, and I guess, that's where ARU comes in as well - no mention of the rare earth aspect.
