I would not be surprised if CJ waits to answer the speeding ticket (time is allowed) around 8pm tonight (Sydney Time) as that is the time he announced he would declare the results of the silent auction being 1pm Monday, in Mauritius.
Thereby "killing 2 birds with the one stone", although nothing would surprise me now .
Also do not know if CJ has been in discussion with the ASX adviser for MUS, prior to them issuing a speeding ticket but if not, then he and Chair have some learning to catch up on re ASX liaisons .
Nevertheless I retain a half full view of this debacle as CJ strongly indicated feedback around $USA 100 ct before the auction and I expect a great willingness amongst BOD to sell the highest % possible as it is the first MUS auction and they need to prove commercial acumen.
Finally all possible cash receipts will be needed to operate up to next auction so that pressure is on them too.
PS Fingers still l crossed for 20c this week...... but should know tonight for sure.
