I think it will sit at 15, 10 is if seed holders start running. If it hits 10 you wouldn't buy anyway because it means the company has blown up and no on was interested. We can see they are, its just a matter of how many, for how long, and how engaged they are to return.
If it can't hold 20 it is definitely in trouble. No amount of wishful thinking around "once the market hears the announcements in the next few weeks" can arrest the very real fear that the numbers aren't that good and it is insiders bailing
Part of the problem is that it seems for many of the holders this is the first share they have held and are as in control as a teenage boy on his first unsupervised date
