I haven't studied for my exam but not sire that is quite right. We all had access to Vincent's information (and many of us interpreted it differently). Since we all possessed that info what advantage/material information did Dsite actually have? Surely a TH request in and of itself and with nothing further would not suffice. Either way Dsite will have to answer to regulators if anything more went on especially since the spotlight is on all transactors today (although he says he never bought nor sold). It is amazing that this is the same sort of speculation which led to this morning's prices. Anyways, if the auction went OK I do hope I get to keep ny parcel - I bought on the same information everyone had access to (assuming Dsite etc is telling the truth).
