MSB have dealt with MNK and Celgene exclusively with no result, I cannot say why we have not been able to close the deal-Common sense tells me that the 2 parties cannot come to an agreement, very normal in big business and small business dealings. I am not sure what you want MSB to do, is break it down to you play by play why they could not agree????
Did Celegene or MNK announce to their shareholders why no deal was done???
