It appears that Mr. Griffiths exercised his options and acquired 1m of shares at 2.5 cents each for a total consideration of $25K. The notice also states that same shares were then sold via an off-market transfer for a total consideration of $95K.
What are the possible interpenetratations, besides a quick profit of $70K?
