You don't think shareholders - who actually own the business, after all - have the right to call the executives of their companies to account, when the feel that those executives don't deliver on the strategic objectives of the business, and therefore on the fundamental valuation drivers of the company?
Your solution to them is that they should sell if they are unhappy with the performance of the business?
