I just want to be in a position to buy or sell or sit. Then I can decide what I want to do based on what comes in and the market acceptance. And the fit in my portfolio. For 12 months, all I have been able to do is look. Oh and laugh at a couple of ridiculous TO bids. If this was taking much longer, then those TO bid do not look so ridiculous.
